Vahang Papyan, Varduhi Khachatryan and Konstantin Rittel-Kobylianski to share the stage in Israel

Ashdod Symphony Orchestra is set to perform concert on Wednesday, featuring mezzo-soprano Varduhi Khachatryan (Switzerland) and baritone Konstantin Rittel-Kobylianski (Germany). The concert will be conducted by conductor Vahagn Papyan .

According to the Facebook post of Papyan, the concert is entitled “Viva Callas”, where arias and duets from operas by Mozart, Bellini, Verdi, Puccini, Bizet, and Strauss will be performed.

The orchestra has already performed one concert.
