Eurimages to support ‘Spitak’ film project

The Board of Management of Eurimages (Council of Europe’s cultural support fund) has approved the project of Armenian-Russian co-production film “Spitak”, which will receive financial support totalling to €250.000.

As the National Cinema Centre of Armenia told Panorama.am, the 79% of €250.000 makes up the share of the Russian side (on the basis of the invested sum of money) and the remaining 21% is allocated to the Armenian side.

The film director is Alexander Kott, the scriptwriter is Marina Sochinskaya, cameraman – Pyotr Dukhovskoy, composer – Karen Margaryan, producers – Elena Glikman and Theresa Varzhapetyan.
