Artsakh President signs decree on organization of constitutional reforms process

On 31 March Artsakh Republic (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic/NKR) President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on the organization of the constitutional reforms process.

As the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President reports, according to the decree a Constitutional Reforms Coordination Council was formed under the NKR President. The composition, working procedure of the Council as well as the list of laws affirmed by the Artsakh Constitution and liable to acceptance or change were set up.

Head of the Artsakh Republic President’s Office Marat Mousaelyan was appointed the Chairman of the Coordination Council.
