Each movement of the adversary is under our control due to the monitoring equipment – Karabakh defense minister

“Monitoring equipment is installed along the entire frontline, [and] each movement of the adversary (Azerbaijan) is under our control,” Minister of Defense of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (Artsakh/NKR) Levon Mnatsakanyan announced at today’s press conference held in Stepanakert.

“Currently the upgrading works are underway [in the frontline]. We can assure that we (the Armenian Armed Forces) maintain full control over each movement of the adversary at night hours due to the monitoring technologies installed in the frontline. The equipment is not used in the daytime, since we carry out the monitoring with the naked eye. We have also installed technologies in our primary directions for the daytime monitoring and the upgrading works are still underway,” the minster detailed.
