Armenia finishes 26th at 2017 Summer Universiade

131 participant states struggled for 275 medals in 21 sports at the 29th Summer Universiade held in Taipei, Taiwan.

As the Armenian National Olimpic Committee told Panorama.am, 16 student athletes from Armenia competed in seven sports, grabbed three gold, one silver and two bronze medals, thus taking the 26th place.

Japan (37-27-37), Korea (30-22-30) and Chinese Taipei ((26-34-30) lead the medal table of the Universiade.
