Armenia’s Aronian wins World Chess Cup 2017

Armenia GM Levon Aronian has clinched his second FIDE World Chess Cup title after defeating his opponent from China. 

In today's tiebreak against Ding Liren from China, the Armenian chess star won both rapid games to clinch FIDE World Chess Cup 2017 held in Tbilisi, Georgia, the National Olympic Committee reported.

Aronian became the only chess player to win World Chess Cup twice.
