Infrastructure projects set to be implemented in Shahumyan region- advisor to Artsakh president

The untapped potential in Karvachar and Shahumyan region in general is huge, advisor to Artsakh president Tigran Abrahamyan wrote on Facebook.

In his words, hydro energy, tourism, and agriculture sectors are among the top priorities to start with.

“Several infrastructure projects in Shahumyan are set to be implemented in the coming future, that would lay new basis for the development,” Abrahamyan wrote.
