Arthur Osikyan released from the post of the head of Criminal Executive Department

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree today, relieving Arthur Osikyan of the position of the head of Criminal Executive Department of Justice Ministry.

By another presidential decree, Rafayel Hovhannisyan was appointed as head of the Criminal Executive Department of the Armenian Justice Ministry, the President's press service reported.

To note, Hovhannisyan earlier served as the deputy head of the Criminal Executive Department.
