Armenia’s Mikayel Mikayelyan takes part in Junior World Ski Championships

Armenian skier Mikayel Mikayelyan took part in the FIS Nordic Junior World Ski Championships 2018 held in Switzerland from 28 January to 2 February.

The Armenian athlete took the 33rd spot among 100 athletes in Men’s 10 km Classic race, the Armenian National Olympic Committee reported.

Mikayel Mikayelyan came the 23rd in Men's Skiathlon 10/10km C/F.

The Switzerland championship was the athlete’s final stop ahead of the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games (9-25 Feb).
