Lars highway open for traffic

The Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia informed Armenia's Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies that as of 10:30 a.m. on February 10, Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles.
