Sugar production volumes decrease in Armenia

The production volume of salt increased by 0.9% percent in Armenia in 2017, making up 32 550.9 tones, according to the data published by the RA National Statistical Service.

According to the NSS, the volume of sugar production has decreased in Armenia by 10.1% percent. In 2016, 54 119.0 tons of sugar was produced in the Republic of Armenia to compare with 48 630.0 tons produced in 2017.
