Lt.-Gen. Haykaz Baghmanyan named Deputy Chief of CSTO Joint Staff

President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on Thursday to appoint Lieutenant-General Haykaz Baghmanyan Deputy Chief of the Collective Security Treaty Organization’s (CSTO) Joint Staff, the presidential office said.

Back in December 2017, President Sargsyan signed a decree to dismiss Haykaz Baghmanyan from the post of Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces.
