Armenia’s salt production on the decline

Salt production volumes dropped by 41.2% in Armenia during January-April 2018 to stand at 6,115.3 tons, according to figures released by the country’s National Statistic Service.

To note, some 10,404.5 tons of salt were produced in the country in the same period of 2017.

According to the statistics, Armenia's salt production increased by 0.9% in 2017 from the previous year.
