Artsakh leader appoints commanders of military units

Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed today a decree on appointing Colonel Samvel Poghosyan first deputy commander of the Artsakh Defense Army military unit N, his office reported.

According to another presidential decree, Colonel Arthur Harutyunyan was released from the post of commander of the Defense Army military unit N, while colonel Karen Shakaryan was appointed commander of the same military unit.
