Armenian parliament set to elect Court of Cassation head on 10 Sept.

The Armenian National Assembly will hold debates on the issue of electing new chairman of the Armenian Court of Cassation in early September, Speaker Ara Babloyan said in a statement on Monday.

The statement also says the Supreme Judicial Council has nominated Yervand H. Khundkaryan for the position of the court chairman. 

The issue will be discussed at the second sitting of the regular parliamentary session on 10 September, the speaker said.
