Armenian shooters taking part in World Championship

Two Armenian shooters are competing at the World Shooting Championships taking place in South Korea.

Shooter Alla Poghosyan came tenth in the junior rifle girls’ event of the championship after shooting a total of 625.7, setting a new record for Armenia, the Shooting Federation of Armenia told Panorama.am.

Another Armenian athlete Hayk Babayan shot 619.6 to take the 27th spot in the junior rifle men’s event in Changwon, which runs until Saturday, 15 September.
