Chess: Armenia’s Aronyan debuted successfully

Tata Steel Chess India chess tournament kicks off in Calcutta, India. There were three starting rounds. Aronyan played with American Hikaru Nakamura and Indian Viswanathan Anand, and defeated Indian Nihal Sarin.

After the 3rd round of the Rapid Chess Tournament, Aronyan shares the first place with Azerbaijani Shahriyar Mammadyarov and Indian Pantala Harikrishna with 2 points.
