Artsakh president stresses need to maintain social focus in next year’s state budget

Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan on Monday convened a working consultation on issues related to the 2019 draft state budget, his office reports.

The president underlined the imperative of having a realistic budget, maintaining clear-cut social focus and proportionality, giving appropriate instructions to the heads of concerned structures to realize the set tasks.

State Minister Grigory Martirosyan and other officials also took part in the consultation.
