Artsakh president pays tribute to Spitak quake victims

Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited today the Stepanakert Memorial Complex and laid a wreath to the monument of innocent victims of the natural disaster on the 30th anniversary of the devastating Spitak earthquake.

The Artsakh leader was accompanied by top officials of the country, his office said in a press release.
