London Classic: Aronian close, but classical games all drawn

Armenian grandmaster Levon Aronian played the second draw with Maxime Vachier-Lagrave on the second day of the London Chess Classic. The Armenian got an advantage in the opening but could not exploit it.

With two draws at the London Classic, both semifinals—Levon Aronian vs Maxime Vachier-Lagrave and Hikaru Nakamura vs Fabiano Caruana—will be decided in the rapid and blitz segment on Thursday.
