Some roads difficult to pass in Armenia

Armenia’s ministry of emergency situations (MES) reports there are some roads difficult to pass in the territory of Armenia as of 08:00 December14

According to the source, Vardenis pass is closed, while Spita turns and Sotk-Karvachar road are difficult to pass. Clear ice is reported on the Saravan-Zanger section oin Vayots Dzor province and the roads of Aragats region.

All drivers are strictly recommended to use winter tires.

According to the Emergency Situations Department of Georgia’s Ministry of Internal Affairs, Stepantsminda-Lars highway is closed for all types of vehicles. The Russian Emergencies Ministry’s General Department in North Ossetia reports stuck vehicles on the Russian side.
