Artsakh leader introduces new emergencies service head

President Bako Sahakyan visited on Monday the Artsakh Republic State Service on Emergency Situations, his office reports.

The president introduced newly appointed director Levon Mnatsakanyan to the service staff, wishing him efficient work.

Sahakyan thanked former director Karen Sargsyan for his service and wished him success in the position of the Artsakh president’s representative at large.
