Wednesday morning update on road conditions

The roads of Goris and Kapan regions are partly covered with black ice as of Wednesday morning, Armenia’s Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies said in a daily road condition update.

Ground blizzard has hit Artik-Alagyaz highway. Vardenyants Pass is shut down for cargo and trailer trucks.

Road maintenance works are underway, the ministry said.

All the other interstate and republican highways in the country are open for traffic.
