Armenia’s soap production grows strongly

Armenia saw a strong growth in soap production in 2018, the latest statistics show.

The country produced a total of 715.3 tons of soap from January to December last year, up by 84.9% from 2017, Panorama.am learned from the Statistical Committee of Armenia.

Meantime, production of washing, cleaning and starching agents increased by 3.1% to 4,030.8 tons last year from the previous year’s 3,910.4 tons.
