Tuesday morning update on road conditions

Snowstorm hit the roads of Aparan and Aragats regions as of 9:30am Tuesday, Armenia’s Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies said in a daily road condition update.

Vardenyats Pass is shut down due to severe snowstorm and extremely low visibility.

Road maintenance works are underway, the ministry said.

All the other interstate and republican roadways in the country are open for traffic.
