Armenia among most affordable destinations for Russian tourists

Armenia has been ranked among the cheapest vacation destinations for Russian tourists, together with Belarus, Moldova, Abkhazia and Georgia.

The ranking was published by Skyscanner, one of the largest airline ticket and hotel search portals, RIA Novosti reports.

Skyscanner experts studied how much a two-week trip for two Russian adults will cost in 30 countries, including the housing costs and money spent on food and entertainment.

The list also features such exotic countries as India, Nepal, Morocco, Indonesia and Tanzania. Vietnam and Sri Lanka have also been included among best budget travel destinations for Russian tourists.
