Active cyclone to bring snow, cold to Armenia

An active cyclone will hit the territory of Armenia on Wednesday and Thursday, bringing precipitations and cold weather to the country.

Mountainous regions and foothills will face snow, while valleys will see wet snow and sleet in the next two days, the emergencies ministry told Panorama.am.

As a result of the penetration of cold Arctic air masses into the country, the air temperature is expected to gradually drop by 8-10 degrees on 27 and 28 February, especially in the daytime.
