Road condition update: Vardenyats Pass closed for cargo and trailer trucks

Armenia’s Vardenyats Pass is shut down for cargo and trailer trucks and difficult to pass for passenger vehicles amid snowstorm, the Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies said in a daily road condition update.

Road clearing operations are underway, the ministry said, adding all the other interstate and republican highways in the country are open for traffic.
