Yerevan court to hear Kocharyan’s son against security chief case today

The Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, presided by judge Aida Davtyan, will today hear the case of second President Robert Kocharyan’s son Sedrak Kocharyan against Director of the National Security Service (NSS) Artur Vanesyan.

The ex-president’s son, recently charged with tax evasion and money laundering, filed a civil lawsuit against Vanetsyan for ‘slander’, demanding a public dismissal and compensation for moral damages, his attorneys said in a statement.
