The Seismic Protection Service of Armenia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations detected a magnitude 2.5 earthquake in the territory of Armenia on Friday, at 3:29am local time (GMT 11:29pm, Thursday).
The earthquake struck 10km southwest of the town of Dilijan (Tavush Province) at a depth of 10km.
The tremor measured magnitude 3 at the epicenter.
According to initial data, the jolts were felt in the town of Hrazdan with magnitude 2-3.
