Sinquefield Cup 2019: Aronian plays the second consecutive draw

Armenian grandmaster Levon Aronian has played draw with Anish Giri in Round 2 of the Sinquefield Cup 2019. The Armenian who is the recent winner of the tournament will have the white pieces against Viswanathan Anand who is the sole leader after two rounds.

To note, the 7th Sinquefield Cup takes place from 17 to 30 August 2019. Participants are  Magnus Carlsen, Fabiano Caruana, Ding Liren, Anish Giri, Maxime Vachier-Lagrave, Wesley So, Ian Nepomniachtchi, Levon Aronian, Shakhriyar Mamedyarov, Viswanathan Anand, Sergey Karjakin and Hikaru Nakamura.
