Artsakh Ombudsman hopes ICRC Mission will defend the rights of Armenian serviceman in Azerbaijan

Artsakh Republic Ombudsman Artak Beglaryan has welcomed the report that the representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) mission have visited the Armenian serviceman in Azerbaijan.

“I hope their support will ensure the rights of the Armenian serviceman in Azerbaijan are protected,” Beglaryan wrote.

Beglaryan has also informed that he has been in regular contact with the head of the Stepanakert Office of the ICRC mission Pierre-Emmanuel Ducruet over the matter and expressed readiness for the favorable settlement of case.
