Wednesday morning update on road conditions

Roadways are mostly open for traffic in the territory of Armenia as of 9am Wednesday, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.

Sotk-Karvachar highway and Vardenyats Pass are open for all types of vehicless, but open for trucks only in case of using tire chains.

Sotk-Karvachar highway, Vardenyats Pass and Saravan-''Zanger'' road section are partly covered with clear ice.

Fog has descended on the town of Ashtarak in Aragatsotn Province.

According to the Georgian and Russian authorities, Stepantsminda-Larsi highway is open for all types of vehicles.
