Presidential advisor: Another barracks inaugurated in northeast Artsakh

Another barracks has been constructed in northeast Artsakh, Tigran Abrahamyan, an adviser to the Artsakh president, said in a Facebook post, sharing photos from the inauguration ceremony.

"President Bako Sahakyan said in a conversation with soldiers that active work in this direction will keep pace both in 2020 and in the coming years," he said.
