Artsakh has new defense minister

Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed on Monday a decree to dismiss Lieutenant-General Karen Abrahamyan as Artsakh Defense Minister, Commander of the Defense Army, the presidential press service.

According to another presidential decree Major-General Jalal Haroutyunyan has been appointed Artsakh Republic Defense Minister, Commander of the Defense Army, being released from the position of First Deputy Commander - Chief of Staff of the Artsakh army.
