Two coronavirus patients, aged 88 and 65, die in Armenia

Two more patients have died from coronavirus in Armenia, bringing the national death toll to 24.

The victims, aged 88 and 65, had underlying chronic health conditions, the Ministry of Health said.

So far, 1,401 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Armenia. 29 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 609.

768 patients with COVID-19 are currently undergoing treatment. In total, 13,929 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
