Court postpones hearing in Kocharyan’s and others’ case amid pandemic

The Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, presided over by judge Anna Danibekyan, postponed on Tuesday the hearing in the case of Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan and three other former top officials due to the coronavirus pandemic, the ex-president’s lawyers said in a statement.

The March 26 hearing in the case concerning the alleged overthrow of the constitutional order had also been postponed.
