Armenia has new deputy police chief

By the decree of Armenian President Armen Sarkissian, Ara Fidanyan has been appointed Deputy Chief of Police.

"Based on the prime minister's proposal and in accordance with Article 133 (Part 1) of the Constitution, as well as Article 13 (Part 3) of the Law on the Police Service, I hereafter decide:

To appoint Ara Fidanyan Deputy Chief of Police of the Republic of Armenia,” the decree reads.
