Azerbaijan using LAR-160 cluster munitions against Artsakh civilians

The Azerbaijani forces are firing cluster munitions from LAR-160 multiple launch rocket system at the peaceful population of Artsakh, Armenian Defense Ministry representative Artsrun Hovhannisyan said on Saturday.

Earlier Hovhannisyan said the Azerbaijani army has started targeting such civilian infrastructure in Artsakh the destruction of which could cause an environmental disaster.
