Stepanakert is again under intense bombardment

The adversary is intensively shelling the Artsakh capital Stepanakert at present, Defense Ministry representative Artsrun Hovhannisyan reported.

To note, the Azerbaijani shelling over the past days has resulted in many losses among the civil population and serious damage has been inflicted upon the essential civilian infrastructure.
