Azerbaijani army targets Artsakh civilian hospital

Continuing to violate the humanitarian ceasefire agreed on 10 October, the Azerbaijani army has targeted a hospital in northeastern Artsakh, the Artsakh Defense Army said in a statement on Wednesday.

The hospital is also treating civilian patients, the military said.

“This is an obvious war crime and the entire responsibility for its consequences lies with the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan,” the statement read.
