Azerbaijani forces resumed shelling Stepanakert

Azerbaijan has again violated the humanitarian ceasefire reached in Moscow on October 10. As the Artsakh State Service of Emergency Situations reports, moments ago the Azerbaijani forces launched artillery strikes at capital city Stepanakert.
