Ombudsman: Artsakh’s Stepanakert suffers large destructions due to Azeri strikes

Azerbaijan again attacked civilian central areas of Stepanakert, the capital city of Artsakh, with some heavy strikes in the early morning of Saturday, Artsakh Human Rights Ombudsman Artak Beglaryan said in a tweet.

“There are civilian large destructions, no data on casualties yet,” he wrote.

“War crimes continue, the international community's blindness also continues,” Beglaryan stressed.
