Exact location and time of the Azerbaijani fresh offensive recorded by video surveillance systems

Video surveillance devices of the Artsakh Defense Army have recorded the exact location and time of how the enemy launched an offensive in the direction of the Armenian positions in the early morning hours of October 18, Shushan Stepanyan, Spokeswoman at the Ministry of Defense reported.

To note, this is the second time that Azerbaijan violates the ceasefire truce achieved through the personal mediation of the leader of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair country.
