Artsakh children fully deprived of their right to education, ombudsman says

Due to the Turkish-Azerbaijani aggression, many schools and kindergartens in Artsakh were damaged. Children in Artsakh are 100% deprived of their right to education, the Artsakh Human Rights Ombudsman’s Office reported on Monday.

10 out of 58 kindergartens and 61 out of 220 schools were damaged as a result of the enemy attacks, with 23,978 schoolchildren and 4,036 preschool children deprived of the right to education.
