Armenia denies Azeri claims on firing Smerch missiles at Fizuli

The Armenian Defense Ministry spokeswoman has dismissed the Azerbaijani claims on firing Smerch missiles at the town of Fizuli and nearby villages as “absurd”.

“The statement of the Azerbaijani side that the Armenian Armed Forces allegedly opened fire on Fizuli and nearby villages from Smerch MRLS is absurdity. No fire of any type was launched in the mentioned direction from the territory of Armenia,” Shushan Stepanyan wrote on Facebook.
