Azerbaijani forces hit Stepanakert with Grad, Smerch

Azerbaijan has launched renewed strikes on Artsakh’s capital city of Stepanakert, the State Service of Emergency Situations said on Saturday.

“Stepanakert is again being targeted by the enemy. The city is being struck with Grad and Smerch multiple rocket launchers,” the service said.

There are no immediate reports of casualties.
