The Azeri forces target residential areas, objects of public and economic importance in Stepanakert

Azerbaijani-Turkish forces continue to commit war crimes, in particular, keeping peaceful settlements and the population of Artsakh under fire, the Artsakh State Service of Emergency Situations reports.

According to the source, capital city Stepanakert is being fired at with long-range missiles. Buildings, residential areas, objects of public and economic importance are the targets. The Service reminds that there is not a single military facility on these sites.
