Armenian parliament speaker undergoes second surgery

Armenian National Assembly Speaker Ararat Mirzoyan underwent a second surgery on Wednesday.

He was hospitalized with injuries on 10 November after being attacked by a group of protesters angered by the news of a Russia-brokered deal over Artsakh.

The parliament’s press service said that the second surgery was performed successfully.
