ECHR grants Armenia’s another request against Azerbaijan

The ECHR has granted the request by Armenia and applied an interim measure against Azerbaijan urging to provide information on 9 prisoners of war and to announce the terms of the swap by November 27.

The court also requested information with regard to 10 captives abducted on 11 November, Representative of Armenia before the ECHR reported.

Earlier on November 17, Armenia had requested the court to apply a new interim measure against Azerbaijan to prevent inhuman and degrading treatment as well as irreparable harm to lives of 10 civilians who were captured on their way from Goris to Shushi.
